Dear friends!

   As you know, there are several variants for implementing the principle of the heat pump - "air - water" and "water - water." The air-to-water system is economically effective only in the southern regions with very mild winters, since as the outside temperature decreases, the output power and the efficiency ratio of the entire installation falls (for example, already at 0 "C", the power will be 55-65% of the nominal the efficiency ratio will decrease from 400% to 200%, and at minus 20-25 "C" a heat pump stops working on heating). This leads to the need to use for the northern regions additional electric heating to the full capacity of heating and hot water systems.

   The traditional system "water - water" has two variants - horizontal pipe laying in the ground (which  will led to the cooling of the soil and waterlogging of the territory) and vertical pipe laying in the well / wells (the total length of which is at least more than 150 meters). Both options are expensive and exclude the possibility of payback for the entire system.

   We use the new principle of the organization of the external circuit - "open loop". This circuit consists of a well (about 25-30 meters) and a receiving well. Water from the well is supplied to a heat pump with a constant temperature (7.5-12 "C") and then discharged into a sump (well).

   The system can be used in suburban construction with almost no permits, without high operating costs, depending on the price and performance pays off for 1-2 seasons (depending on the heat pump capacity).

 На многих объектах подключение теплового насоса происходит вместо электрокотла (к примеру, как на нескольких первых фотографиях). Монтаж осуществлялся за несколько часов путем подключения электрики, и обвязки по водоснабжению: первичный контур - подключение скважины, вторичный - подключение прямой и обратки теплого пола. 

 Рабочая температура регулируется до 55 градусов включительно. Изменение параметров проиходит с помощью панели индикации, на которой в том числе отображаются рабочие параметры всего оборудования, включая температуры теплообменников и состояние фреонового контура.
